- 10.25-inch wrap — Ten and a quarter inches (26 cm) of coverage for the abdomen, waist, and lower back. Elastic knit spreads compression so the binder sits even and low-profile under clothes.
- How to size — Measure the widest part of the wear area and match S/M (up to 32"), L/XXL (up to 42"), or 3XL (up to 52"). That is waist, not pants size. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size.
- Plush inner side — Wear a thin close layer if skin is sensitive. Soft plush interior; set compression snug, not restrictive.
- All-over hook-and-loop fit — Close the wrap at any position along the belt—no preset holes. Adjust yourself through the day as activity or swelling changes.
- If it bunches — Loosen the wrap, smooth the knit flat against the midsection, and refasten. Keep the edges flat; do not overtighten a folded belt.
- Size vs length — Unstretched belt length is 34 inches (S/M), 43.5 inches (L/XXL), or 52 inches (3XL). That is not the waist range. Use the chart above.
- How to wear — Center the wrap, pull to snug support, and fasten hook-and-loop. Do not overtighten. Wear a thin close layer if skin is sensitive. Do not sleep in this binder unless a clinician directs otherwise.
- After surgery or childbirth — Wear it as your doctor advises, including after abdominal surgery or childbirth. Unisex wrap for men and women.
