Return & Refund Policy

At RelianceSelect, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a tracking number showing that the item has been returned to us.


Partial Refunds

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Items returned due to our error (incorrect or defective item) will receive a full refund.

Refund Processing Time

You should expect to receive your refund within approximately four weeks after giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, refunds are issued sooner.

  • 5–10 business days for us to receive your return.
  • 3–5 business days to process your return.
  • 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

Shipping Cost

We will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted.

Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Circumstances Where We Offer Return & Refund

Wrong Product

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@relianceselectstore.com with photos. We will provide a return label and send a replacement once tracking is confirmed.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.


Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
