Ingredients Each film-coated tablet contains: Dry extract from Valerian Root (Valeriana Officinalis L.) 385mg (equivalent to 1.54 - 1.93g of Valerian Root), Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% V/V Directions Adults and children aged 18 years and over: Take one tablet 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime. Swallow the tablet with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Safety Warning Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Not suitable for children under 18 years of age.
