- [Measuring Method]---Firstly, peel off about 1cm of the fruit to be tested. When measuring, make the make the hardness tester perpendicular to the surface of the fruit to be tested. When you start measuring, press the “ON/OFF” key to turn on the power supply, wait for the LCD display to stabilize, press the “SET” key to enter the peak measurement mode. And press the indenter into the fruit evenly, the value displayed on the screen for the fruit hardness value
