Because this gasket is used on the bottom of the door it often suffers from becoming torn and flattened therefore not providing a weather tight seal. This flipper upstand gasket is a common gasket found on many low aluminimum threshold flipper upstands used on many composite timber and also upvc door systems Replacing the worn and damaged gasket seal will restore the weather tightness of the bottom threshold seal and will help to prevent water and weather ingress. The gasket is pushed in and inserted into the purpose made groove and will require it feeding into the slot Sold in a 1 metre increments of gasket.
