Details: The DIRECTV Wireless Cinema Connection Kit (DCAW1R0-01) provides a simple way to connect compatible DIRECTV receivers to your home wireless network. By creating a wireless bridge between your internet router and DIRECTV receiver, the device enables access to broadband services such as DIRECTV CINEMA and on-demand entertainment. This adapter eliminates the need to run long Ethernet cables across your home, making it ideal for setups where the router is located in a different room than the DIRECTV receiver. Once connected, your receiver can download movies, shows, and additional content directly from the internet. The kit supports both Ethernet and coax-based installation methods and integrates easily with existing DIRECTV Whole-Home DVR systems.
