Product Overview
Brand: Decorex Hardware
Color: Black
Features:
- ROUNDED SAFETY CORNERS — SAFE ON DECK RAILINGS. Unlike caps with sharp square corners that scratch hands or snag clothing, ours are smoothly rounded — a safer choice anywhere people reach past them, and ideal for homes with kids and pets.
- HEAVY CAST ALUMINUM — SOLID, NOT THIN & STAMPED. Thick cast aluminum that feels substantial in hand, noticeably heavier than the hollow stamped caps others ship. Won't dent, crack, warp, or rust-streak your posts. Built to last decades outdoors.
- DEEP-SEAT DESIGN + STAINLESS STEEL SCREWS. Seats deeper onto the post than shallow caps for a secure grip that won't rattle or blow off, and includes rust-proof stainless steel screws that won't streak or strip. Install once and leave it.
- PRECISE FIT — STANDARD 6×6 POSTS (ACTUAL 5.5" × 5.5"). MEASURE FIRST. Fits standard/nominal 6×6 wood posts, which actually measure 5.5in × 5.5in. Will NOT fit a full 6in post — order the 6×6 cap for those. Always measure the top of your post before ordering.
- SD-GRADE POWDER COAT — ALL-WEATHER FINISH. Premium SD-grade powder-coated finish stands up to rain, snow, and UV without fading or peeling, for a clean, uniform look on decks, fences, pergolas, and railings.
